This state-of-the-art laboratory and office building Plus Ultra Leiden focuses on companies and institutions active in the Life Sciences sector. Plus Ultra Leiden meets the growing need for tailor-made housing and strengthens the innovative ecosystem of the Leiden Bio Science Park. The building, with a BREEAM-NL Excellent certificate, is currently in the final phase of construction. In February, the first tenants move in. There are still some possibilities to rent spaces.
