Nexus
A multi-tenant building for life science labs and offices
A simple, open and transparent design, focussed on meeting and collaborating
Location
Information
Nexus' architecture is open and transparent, with plenty of incoming daylight and open spaces. A spacious atrium with lots of greenery serves as the beating heart of the building. Here people can meet and inspire each other. The smaller corners in this central part give opportunity for meetings or collaboration. Directly adjacent to the atrium are facilities such as a restaurant and meeting rooms.
The floors can be rented out multi-tenant from 2,000 square meters.
