Construction of multi-tenant building Nexus began in early 2024 in the Oegstgeest section of the Leiden Bio Science Park. Nexus' architecture is open and transparent, with plenty of incoming daylight and open spaces. A spacious atrium with lots of greenery serves as the beating heart of the building. The smaller corners in this central part give opportunity for meetings or collaboration. Directly adjacent to the atrium are facilities such as a restaurant and meeting rooms.

The floors can be rented out multi-tenant from 2,000 square meters.

Zero emission
