Archimedesweg 15

A beautiful, green multi-tenant building with offices, laboratories, hospitality spaces and indoor gardens.
The owner, Caransa Groep, plans to demolish the existing buildings at Archimedesweg 15 on the Leiden Bio Science Park and replace them with a new, modern development. The new development will consist of three five-storey buildings with an underground car park. The buildings will provide space for offices, laboratories and hospitality facilities. The plans have been designed by Dam & Partners Architecten and landscape architects Karres en Brands.

Sustainability and green

The design is sustainable and ‘nature-inclusive’. This means the buildings are designed to provide space for local plants and wildlife. The area around the buildings will feature extensive planting inspired by the original polder landscape. Large areas of glazing and indoor gardens will also create a natural feel inside the buildings. Rooftop gardens will be added as well.
